When you use our website, we may also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited, approximate location, and interaction data through cookies, analytics tools, and tracking pixels.

3. Why we collect and use information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide requested information, schedule calls, prepare proposals, deliver and support our services, manage customer relationships, improve our website, measure advertising performance, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

Where required, we rely on your consent. We may also process information to take steps at your request before entering a contract, perform a contract, meet legal obligations, or pursue legitimate business interests that do not override your rights.

4. Third parties and service providers

We may share limited personal information with service providers that help us operate our business. These may include Meta for advertising, conversion measurement, and Meta lead forms; analytics providers; CRM platforms; email and form-processing providers; calendar and scheduling providers; cloud hosting providers; and professional advisers.

These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, or as part of a corporate transaction.

5. Cookies and tracking pixels

Our website and service providers may use essential cookies, analytics cookies, advertising cookies, and tracking pixels, including the Meta Pixel where configured. These technologies help pages function, remember preferences, understand traffic, measure campaigns, and show relevant advertising.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where presented, our consent controls. Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality. You can also adjust advertising preferences in the relevant advertising platform.

6. Data retention

We generally retain enquiry and lead information for up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction. Customer and project records are retained for the duration of the relationship and then for up to 8 years where needed for tax, accounting, contractual, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.

We may keep information for a shorter or longer period when required by law, necessary to resolve a dispute, or requested through a valid deletion request. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it using reasonable measures.

7. Access, correction, and deletion requests

You may ask to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, or request a portable copy where applicable. Email your request to aditya@autozenix.ai with enough detail for us to identify the relevant records.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain if a legal exception prevents us from fulfilling any part of the request.

8. International processing and security

Some providers may process information outside India. Where applicable, we use contractual and organisational safeguards intended to protect transferred information. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
