Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of payment if project work has not started and we have not committed funds or reserved non-recoverable resources for your project. We may also issue a refund for a duplicate payment, an incorrect charge, or a service that we confirm we cannot deliver.

Approved refunds are limited to the eligible amount actually received by us. If part of the work has begun, we may offer a partial refund after deducting the value of completed work, committed time, payment processing fees where lawful, and non-recoverable costs.

Payments are not refundable for work already performed or delivered, discovery and strategy sessions already completed, approved custom development, setup or onboarding already completed, or delays caused by missing client information, approvals, or account access.

Advertising spend and third-party charges are non-refundable, including API usage, telephony, WhatsApp or messaging charges, model usage, hosting, software subscriptions, data purchases, licences, and other external platform costs. Deposits identified as non-refundable in an accepted proposal remain non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Email aditya@autozenix.ai with the subject line “Refund request”. Include your name, company, invoice number, payment date, amount, payment method, and a clear explanation of the reason for the request.

We will acknowledge the request and may ask for supporting information. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

We aim to review complete refund requests within 7 business days. If approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.

This policy does not limit any non-excludable rights or remedies available under applicable law. Project-specific refund terms stated in an accepted proposal apply alongside this policy. If there is a conflict, mandatory law takes priority.
